What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a reliable Cold Caller to initiate and manage cold calling campaigns. This role will play a crucial part in assessing the effectiveness of a new campaign over a one-month trial period, with the potential for expansion based on performance.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients

• Effectively communicate the benefits of our Client's services

• Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes

• Analyze responses to improve call strategies

• Report back on campaign performance and suggest improvements

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented and organized

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM software

• Experience in sales or customer service

• Basic knowledge of market trends

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Tenacious with a positive attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficient in using telecommunication and CRM tools

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
