Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce architecture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges and is excited about enhancing the capabilities of Agentforce.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) for high-performance UI and complex business processes.

• Build robust Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs, and implement REST API integrations.

• Recommend scalable, maintainable, and secure architectural decisions across Salesforce.

• Refactor and modernize legacy Apex and components using best practices.

• Collaborate with IT leadership on larger initiatives and technical roadmaps.

• Build and deploy Agentforce agents to automate workflows.

• Integrate AI-driven automations with LWC, Apex, and external APIs.

• Write and maintain comprehensive Apex unit tests (80%+ coverage expected).

• Conduct system testing, validation, debugging, and code reviews.

• Document technical designs, logic flows, and system dependencies.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Support and optimize existing Salesforce automations and integrations.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce optional).

• Expert-level knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex (including classes, triggers, batch jobs, and callouts).

• Proficient in SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization principles.

• Proven experience architecting medium-to-large solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Strong background in unit testing and test-driven development.

• Experience with API integrations, middleware, or external systems.

• Familiarity with Agentforce or enthusiasm for AI-driven Salesforce development.

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects independently.

• Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer II, JavaScript Dev I, Application Architect, etc.).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns.

• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Gearset, Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps).

• Experience in insurance, automotive, or claims workflows.
