Our Client is a company dedicated to the sales, marketing, and distribution of certified organic produce. They work closely with small to mid-size farms, supporting them with crop planning, packaging, marketing strategies, and access to large sales channels through established relationships with distributors and retail partners.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an Asistente de Customer Experience y Redes Sociales to support customer engagement and manage social media interactions. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining strong communication with clients and partners, and managing the company’s presence across social media platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Support customer experience initiatives to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages.
  • Assist with content posting and basic coordination of social media activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Help ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across customer touchpoints.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, or a related role.
  • Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for a business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic organizational and administrative skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with customer support tools or inbox management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of marketing or digital communication principles.
  • Experience working with clients in a service-oriented environment.
