Job Description:
We are seeking an Asistente de Customer Experience y Redes Sociales to support customer engagement and manage social media interactions. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining strong communication with clients and partners, and managing the company’s presence across social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Support customer experience initiatives to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages.
- Assist with content posting and basic coordination of social media activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Help ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across customer touchpoints.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, or a related role.
- Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for a business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic organizational and administrative skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with customer support tools or inbox management systems.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of marketing or digital communication principles.
- Experience working with clients in a service-oriented environment.
