I’m looking for a Personal Assistant who can help free up my time, keep my projects organized, and manage both professional and personal tasks seamlessly. This isn’t just about managing emails or a calendar—it’s about becoming an indispensable part of my workflow and helping me achieve more every day.

 

Responsibilities:

• Email Management: Review, prioritize, and draft responses for email correspondence.

• Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, plan appointments, and ensure I’m always prepared for the day ahead.

• Task Sorting: Organize and delegate tasks to the appropriate teams or tools, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• Project Organization: Track and manage personal and professional projects, keeping me aligned with deadlines and priorities.

• Personal Tasks: Assist with family-related needs, from scheduling to errands, to ensure a well-balanced life.

• Selling & Valuation: Help sell personal items on eBay or other platforms, focusing on getting maximum value.

• Communication: Write and communicate clearly and effectively, with a mastery of the English language.

• Availability: Work in my time zone (Eastern Time) or slightly earlier, with flexibility for urgent needs.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• High level of professionalism and discretion.

• Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), and eBay or similar platforms.

• Ability to anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail.

• A collaborative, adaptable attitude and a willingness to handle both professional and personal requests.
