Our client operates in the home improvement industry and is launching a new growth phase supported by a substantial customer database. They focus on enhancing sales through appointment setting, outreach, and strategic follow-up processes to support their dedicated sales team.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time Bilingual Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator to serve as the central “quarterback” for their sales operations. This role involves managing communications, scheduling appointments, and optimizing sales processes.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective customers.

• Schedule appointments for four sales representatives.

• Work through an existing customer database to generate interest and secure appointments.

• Achieve a target call-to-action rate of 25%–35%.

• Handle follow-ups via phone, email, and text messaging.

• Maintain accurate CRM records.

• Support organic marketing efforts, including campaigns.

• Assist in developing and improving sales systems and workflows.

• Provide input on CRM and dialer improvements.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (5+ years preferred for senior-level candidates).

• Proven experience with inbound and outbound calls.

• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).

• Fluent in English and Spanish with minimal accent.

• Experience in the home improvement industry is highly valued.

• Ability to work full-time and start promptly.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in building or improving sales processes and systems.

• Familiarity with CRM setup, optimization, or implementation.

• Portuguese language skills (a plus).

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients.

• Comfortable taking ownership of processes.

• Proactive and capable of working independently.

• Focused on building a strong operational foundation for long-term growth.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM system (currently HubSpot; open to alternatives such as Monday.com).

• Email and text communication tools.

• Dialer systems (as implemented).

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 5 PM EST
