Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to shipping and product concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in providing administrative support and collaborating with a global team to foster a supportive work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and text (Podium).

Resolve issues related to shipping, delivery, and product concerns.

Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Provide administrative support to management as needed.

Help organize and schedule interviews and internal meetings.

Review and manage contracts as assigned.

Collaborate with a global, multicultural team in a proactive work environment.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Fluent in English (Spanish is not required).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in customer service, ideally in a product-based business.

Comfortable with tech tools (Podium, email platforms, basic admin software).

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude.

Must be reliable, responsive, and able to work Eastern Time hours.

 

Preferred Skills:

Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina or nearby LATAM region.

Familiarity with upselling and sales support.

Experience working in a remote, international team.

 

Personality:
