Job Description:

We are looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter who is ready to drive success for our clients and, in turn, for themselves. As a Recruiter at Virtustant, you are the engine of our business. You will manage the entire hiring process from the initial client kick-off call to the final candidate offer. This is not a standard 9-to-5. It is a high-stakes, high-reward role designed for someone with a powerful work ethic and a deep-seated desire to succeed. You will be expected to work with intensity and dedication to meet the ambitious goals of our clients. You do NOT need previous recruitment experience.

 

What You'll Do:

• Own client relationships by acting as a strategic partner, understanding their business, consulting on hiring needs, and managing expectations with confidence and professionalism.

• Hunt for top talent through advanced sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach.

• Manage the entire candidate journey from initial screening and interviews to client coordination and ensuring a world-class experience for all involved.

• Guide candidates through final stages, manage offer negotiations, and ensure seamless closures for both clients and candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent and become the go-to expert in your designated area.

 

What You Bring:

• C2 level English or better, with articulate, professional, and persuasive communication skills.

• Obsessive work ethic driven by results and personal accountability.

• Exceptional resilience and commitment to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Confidence and skill in client-facing interactions, including building rapport, presenting candidates, and providing expert consultation.
