Job Description:

Our client is seeking a warm, engaging Online Dance Instructor to conduct live dance classes for older adults. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and skilled at creating a positive and inclusive online learning environment. The role requires teaching dance-related topics and facilitating a supportive atmosphere for all participants.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live online dance classes for older adults
• Create and implement dance lesson plans tailored to the participants’ skill levels
• Foster an inclusive and engaging online environment
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance class offerings
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate varying levels of mobility and experience

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in dance instruction or a related field
• Experience working with older adults is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive virtual learning environment
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms

• Certification in dance or teaching (preferred)
• Knowledge of various dance styles
• Strong organizational skills
• Patience and adaptability in teaching style
