Job Description:

We are looking for an AI & Data Science Marketing Manager to join Our Client’s team. This hybrid role combines marketing strategy, data science, and technical architecture. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of building predictive models, automating marketing systems, and guiding strategy with data-driven insights.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply statistical models (e.g., regression, clustering) using SQL and Python/R to forecast outcomes, model customer lifetime value, and analyze campaign performance.

• Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and Airtable.

• Segment audiences with behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data to build detailed personas.

• Own and optimize the marketing funnel, including SEO/SEM strategy, content engine development, and automated nurturing sequences.

• Build and manage campaign tracking, Marketing Mix Models (MMM), and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) frameworks.

• Create centralized dashboards for clear and actionable performance reporting.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a similar role.

• Proficiency with SQL and Python or R for statistical modeling and data analysis.

• Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, automation, and analytics.

• Ability to collaborate with creative teams and translate insights into actionable strategies.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with APIs, REST concepts, and webhooks.

• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Background in consumer psychology or behavioral economics.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Schedule:

Flexible between 9-5 EST

 

Policies:

Flexible between 9-5 EST

5 to 10 hours per week
