Our client is a mobile auto glass replacement company dedicated to providing fast, reliable, and high-quality service to customers across their service area. With a growing demand, they are now seeking to add remote support to help manage customer interactions and scheduling more efficiently.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Full-Time Virtual Assistant to handle incoming calls, collect client information, and manage appointment scheduling. This is a customer-facing role best suited for someone with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish and a friendly, professional attitude.

 

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls during business hours (Pacific Standard Time).

Collect and record essential customer details such as name, contact information, and service address.

Schedule appointments using the client’s in-house software system.

Provide clear and courteous communication with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Relay any specific cases or questions to the business owner when necessary.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.

Intermediate or higher Spanish speaking ability is strongly preferred.

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative assistant role is helpful but not required.

Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently.

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time.

 

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with call handling or virtual receptionist roles.

Experience using appointment scheduling tools or CRM software.

Understanding of or interest in the automotive industry is a plus.

 

Personality:

Friendly and positive attitude.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Interest in the automotive field is a bonus but not required.

 

Software & Tools:

Custom in-house scheduling software (training provided).

Phone/VoIP systems for call management.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Full-time remote position.

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
