Job Description:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media strategy and campaign optimization. This role will be crucial in promoting job opportunities and educational pathways.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (primarily Google Search and Meta platforms).
• Align inventory (open roles, talent supply, course offerings) with campaign objectives.
• Create strategies for targeted audience engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for creative and messaging alignment.
• Coordinate campaigns related to workforce subsidy programs in specific regions.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta platforms).
• Understanding of funnel metrics, audience segmentation, and campaign ROI.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across time zones with overlapping US CST availability.
• Proficient in reporting and performance tracking tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in job marketplaces, edtech, or workforce development industries.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad reporting dashboards.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
