Job Description:

Our Client is seeking motivated individuals who are intelligent, proactive, and responsible for a position that does not require prior experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in customer service, sales, or the hospitality industry along with problem-solving skills.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.

• Manage client communications and relationships.

• Utilize CRM tools for data entry and client tracking.

• Collaborate with the team to solve issues proactively.

• Maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong background in customer service or sales.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and software.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.

• High level of responsibility and accountability.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

40 hrs per week, 10 hrs per day, 4 days per week.
