You will find and contact potential clients in the real estate industry. Your main goal is to generate new business opportunities. You will make many phone calls to people who might be interested in our client's services.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Identify and research potential leads in the real estate market.

• Make outbound calls to introduce services and qualify leads.

• Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.

• Keep accurate records of all calls and lead information.

• Meet daily and weekly outreach targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

• Experience making outbound calls.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the real estate industry.

• Familiarity with CRM software.

 

Personality:

• Persistent and goal-oriented.

• Friendly and professional demeanor.

• Good listener.

 

Software & Tools:

• Computer with reliable internet connection.

• Phone or headset for calls.

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5 PM EST
