Job Description:

The Virtual Account Manager is a front-line role focused on maintaining and enhancing relationships within Our Client's network. This position requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and strong organizational abilities to manage interactions with medical offices and law firms.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to medical providers accepting personal injury cases.

• Manage and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.

• Conduct weekly check-ins with network members.

• Lead or support virtual demos and member training sessions.

• Facilitate professional introductions and ensure productive connections.

• Assist with marketing materials and maintain brand consistency.

• Generate and follow up on meeting opportunities with prospects.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and spoken English.

• Experience in VA, account management, client success, or outbound calling.

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.

• Experience in healthcare, legal, or B2B services preferred.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Comfortable with Zoom and email platforms.

• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.

 

Personality:

• Organized, proactive, and detail-driven.

• Strong follow-through with an ownership mindset.

• Discreet and professional.
