Job Description:

We are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications that enhance our platform's capabilities to better serve fitness coaches.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Javascript, React, and Typescript.

• Transition codebase from JavaScript to TypeScript.

• Work collaboratively in a Scrum hybrid environment with 2-week sprint cycles.

• Collaborate with a team of 4-5 engineers to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

• Participate in assessments and code reviews as part of the development process.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development.

• Proven experience with React, Typescript, and Javascript.

• Familiarity with architectures suitable for scalable applications.

• Ability to adapt to the needs of the team and the agile development process.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with React Native.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

 

Personality:

• A proactive approach and a willingness to take initiative.

• Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
