Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support the company’s daily administrative operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and text messages in a professional and timely manner.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and photographers.

• Maintain client records and ensure all communication details are accurately logged.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries about services, pricing, and scheduling.

• Support the team with basic administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative/customer service role.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using online communication and scheduling tools.

 

Personality:

• Reliable and organized.

• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9am-1pm EST
