Our Client is a roofing and restoration company that provides services to homeowners in need of repairs, inspections, and restoration work. They focus on delivering reliable customer support and facilitating smooth service appointments.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Cold Calling Appointment Setter to support their outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing the company’s services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires a strong communication background and the ability to consistently maintain high call volumes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make 100–200 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
  • Introduce the company’s roofing and restoration services and generate interest.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate call notes and update internal systems as needed.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining professionalism and rapport.
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or cold calling.
  • Strong communication skills; accent is acceptable as long as speech is clear.
  • C2 English level preferred.
  • Must speak Spanish.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain productivity.
  • Full-time availability: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous background in appointment setting.
  • Experience in the roofing, restoration, or home services industries.
  • Familiarity with outreach scripts and high-volume calling environments.

 

Personality:

  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
  • Persistent and resilient when handling call rejections.
  • Organized, punctual, and disciplined with time management.
  • Motivated to meet and exceed targets.

 

Software & Tools:

  • Calling software and CRM tools (platform may vary).
  • Basic office and communication tools.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

8am to 5pm EST

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
  • Commissions offered by the client.
  • Full-time remote position.
