Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a Full-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. The SDR will handle inbound sales inquiries, proactively engage with families, and guide them through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and proactive engagement.
• Build trust with families by listening to their needs and educating them on available options.
• Guide families through the decision-making process in a supportive and non-passive way.
• Follow up with leads consistently to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Accurately track and manage customer information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer journey and conversion strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in roles involving direct customer interaction.
• Strong ability to build trust and maintain professionalism in sensitive situations.
• Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in inbound sales or consultative sales environments.
• Background in industries requiring high empathy and customer trust.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Personality:
• Empathetic and trustworthy communicator.
• Proactive, not passive — able to take initiative and educate clients.
• Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Software & Tools:
• CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
• Email and phone communication platforms.
• Basic office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
English Level:
C2, Native
Schedule:
9-5 EST
