Job Description:

We’re looking for a confident and outgoing Appointment Setter to reach out to local real estate agents and schedule interviews for potential hiring opportunities. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing the company and opportunity, qualifying interested agents, and booking them for an interview with the hiring team.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls to local real estate agents in the San Diego area.

• Introduce the company and explain the opportunity in a clear, professional way.

• Identify agents who may be a good fit for the agency.

• Schedule interviews with qualified and interested candidates.

• Follow up with leads who haven't responded or haven't yet scheduled.

• Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments.

• Update the CRM and maintain organized lead information.

• Meet daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting goals.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, or sales is preferred.

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with real estate professionals.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in real estate or recruiting is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Friendly, professional, and persistent personality.
