Our client is a forward-thinking organization that specializes in optimizing e-commerce platforms, focusing particularly on enhancing brand presence and sales on social media marketplaces.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a strategic and operational lead for TikTok Shop accounts. This role involves managing the Seller Center, fostering creator partnerships, overseeing paid ad campaigns, and maintaining effective client communication.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the TikTok Shop Seller Center, including catalog setup, pricing, promotions, shipping rules, and commission structures.

• Diagnose and resolve shop-side issues such as violations and product compliance.

• Track and optimize key performance metrics like GMV, CTR, CVR, and refund rates.

• Recruit and onboard creators, managing collaborations at scale.

• Develop and execute commission strategies for creator partnerships.

• Build and scale ad campaigns including GMV Max, Product Shopping Ads, and VSA.

• Conduct tests to optimize creative content, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.

• Lead and facilitate weekly client calls, translating platform insights into actionable decisions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of direct experience with TikTok Shop, either agency or brand-side.

• Proven experience managing a shop generating significant revenue ($50k+/month GMV).

• Experience running TikTok Shop Ads with substantial budgets.

• Experience working with creators to effectively promote products.

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets for data analysis and storytelling.

• Strong communication skills for writing creator briefs and client emails.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.

• Established network of creator contacts.

• Experience in an agency setting, managing multiple accounts.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and informed about platform trends.

• Opinionated on effective strategies and tactics.

• Independent and self-motivated in identifying next steps.

 

Software & Tools:

• Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet software for analysis and reporting.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
