Job Title: Web Developer - Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

Our Client is a rental and property management company that helps property owners manage their investments while ensuring tenants receive quality service. They are focused on building strong digital engagement to enhance visibility and client relations.

 

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager to work approximately 15 hours per week within the 9 AM – 5 PM EST time range. The role focuses on creating, scheduling, and managing content across social media platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content.

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.

• Track performance metrics and prepare reports.

• Ensure brand consistency across platforms.

• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest improvements.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).

• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategies.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of paid social media advertising.

• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).

 

Personality:

• Creative and resourceful.

• Highly organized and efficient with time management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proactive and able to work independently.
