About the Company:

Our Client is a growing startup based in Atlanta, Georgia, operating in the pool cleaning and maintenance industry. They are in the process of acquiring and launching new service routes and are seeking to build a strong remote operations foundation to support their field technicians and customer service needs.

 

Job Description:

This role requires a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations remotely, managing customer inquiries, supporting scheduling, and maintaining accurate data in operational platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about services.

• Support daily scheduling and coordination for field technicians.

• Input and manage client information in the operations platform.

• Assist with invoicing, estimates, and general administrative tasks.

• Communicate with clients and technicians to resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.

• Collaborate with management to develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Provide feedback on workflows and help optimize operational processes.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or operations support role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience managing schedules, coordinating with teams, and handling client communications.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in service-related industries such as HVAC, landscaping, property maintenance, or similar.

• Familiarity with operations or scheduling software.

• Basic understanding of invoicing and administrative systems.

• Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.

• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.

• Open-minded and willing to suggest process improvements.

• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to long-term growth within the company.

 

Software & Tools:

• Operations and scheduling platforms (e.g., Skimmer, Pool Brain, Pool 360).

• Communication tools such as Slack.

• General office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

 

English Level:

Native, C2, C1

 

Schedule:

9am to 5pm EST
