What You'll Do:

Our client is seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist who can efficiently manage and place ads on various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Meta Manager and other online ad management tools.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

• Analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

• Collaborate with designers to ensure ads are visually appealing and effective.

• Maintain awareness of current events and trends to effectively target specific demographics.

• Report on ad performance and suggest improvements.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media ad management.

• Proficiency with Meta Manager and other relevant ad tools.

• Strong analytical skills to assess ad performance.

• Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to adjust designs to enhance ad performance.

• Experience in event marketing is a plus.

• Knowledge of motion graphics is beneficial.

 

Personality:

• Creative thinker with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
