Our client specializes in digital marketing and lead generation, focusing on building community engagement and effective prospecting strategies across multiple platforms.

 

What You’ll Do:

Our client is seeking a proactive and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong knowledge of digital marketing. The successful candidate will play a key role in outbound prospecting, community engagement, and lead generation across various platforms.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting primarily via LinkedIn (search, connect, message).

• Actively post and engage in LinkedIn groups and relevant communities.

• Manage and respond to inbound and outbound messages professionally.

• Engage in platforms like Reddit and YouTube for commenting, discussions, and visibility-building.

• Identify target audiences and tailor messaging accordingly.

• Generate conversations and qualify potential leads.

• Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on results.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and online audiences.

• Proven experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.

• Excellent written English (near-native level required; accent not relevant).

• Ability to independently craft thoughtful, contextual responses (not scripted-only).

• Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand industries/niches.

• Proactive mindset — able to take initiative without constant direction.

Schedule:

9 to 5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:
