This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and eager to learn. You'll be responsible for managing social media content, engaging with potential clients, and supporting lead generation efforts. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to increase hours as the business grows.

You'll be responsible for managing social media content, engaging with potential clients, and supporting lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Create and schedule engaging social media content, primarily for Instagram.

• Manage regular posting using photos from photography sessions, events, and other content provided by the client.

• Interact with followers and respond to inquiries from potential clients.

• Assist with outreach through mass messaging and email campaigns.

• Support lead generation initiatives and help grow the client base.

• Use Canva to create simple graphics and edit content when needed.

• Manage scheduling tools such as Calendly.

• Stay organized and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.

• Familiarity with Instagram and other major social media platforms.

• Experience with Canva.

• Strong written English (B2–C1 level).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and learn new tools quickly.

• Basic understanding of social media marketing and audience engagement.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with mass messaging or email marketing.

• Experience with lead generation.

• Basic knowledge of photography or creative industries.

• Familiarity with scheduling and automation tools.

Schedule:

Part-Time: 10 hours per week initially.

Potential to increase to 20 hours per week as the business grows.
