We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. This role is crucial for driving business growth and ensuring effective communication with prospects.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate interest in real estate services

• Identify potential leads and maintain a robust database of contacts

• Set appointments for agents to meet with prospective clients

• Follow up on leads to ensure engagement and maintain relationships

• Provide concise and accurate information regarding available properties and services

• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call targets

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

• High school diploma required; further education in sales or related field is a plus

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the real estate industry

• Knowledge of local real estate market trends

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Bilingual abilities are a plus
