Our client is a growing recruiting firm specializing in the private wealth management and financial services industry in the United States. They focus on providing exceptional recruiting services to their clients and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support their full-cycle recruiting operations. This fully remote position requires experience in recruiting for US-based companies, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to operate professionally in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions.

• Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting pipelines.

• Review resumes and evaluate candidate fit for open roles.

• Support recruiters with scheduling, follow-ups, and recruiting operations.

• Communicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting activities and talent sourcing initiatives.

• Work within applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.

• Previous experience recruiting for US-based companies or clients strongly preferred.

• Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral or near-native accent.

• Strong understanding of US workplace culture and communication styles.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting is a plus.

• Candidates who have lived, studied, or worked in the United States are highly preferred.

• Experience working with US recruiting firms, staffing agencies, or executive search firms is a major plus.

• Candidates based in Latin America with extensive US exposure are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

8 am to 5 pm EST
