Responsibilities of the role:

• Confirm scheduled calls with clients.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client readiness.

• Perform due diligence to verify the scope of work before meetings.

• Manage administrative tasks and support daily operations.

• Conduct cold-calls and emails.

• Sketch basic technical drawings for the Technical teams to work off of.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of technical drawings.

• MS Office

Preferred Skills:

• Outbound calling / emailing.

• Sales experience.

• Ability to sketch basic technical drawings
