Job Description:

The Cold Caller will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound cold calls, and securing reservations for corporate team-building events.

The representative identifies prospects via Google Maps, calls businesses within a defined radius, presents the value of the venue's team-building offerings, and brings the deal to the point where the venue manager can process payment and lock it in.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Prospect and generate leads using Google Maps within a defined radius (e.g., 20–45 miles).

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses including corporate offices, car dealerships, real estate offices, medical practices, banks, churches, temples, mosques, and summer camps.

• Present the value of team-building events and private sessions at the venue.

• Bring leads to the finish line so the venue manager can process payment.

• Track calls, leads, and reservations accurately.

• Work toward securing reservations as the key performance metric.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent, fluent English with a clear and professional phone manner.

• Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting preferred.

• Self-motivated and comfortable making a high volume of calls.

• Ability to prospect independently using online tools like Google Maps.

• Resilient and results-driven; comfortable with rejection.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace with no background noise.
