Our Client helps authors and publishers increase their book sales on Amazon by providing strategic guidance, marketing support, and proven sales systems designed for scalable growth.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a High Ticket Closer to join our client’s sales team. This role is focused on closing qualified inbound and outbound leads for high-value services related to Amazon book sales.

 

Responsibilities:

• Close high-ticket sales through phone and video calls with qualified prospects.

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, goals, and challenges.

• Present and sell premium services in a clear, ethical, and consultative manner.

• Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads to maximize close rates.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.

• Collaborate with marketing and appointment-setting teams to optimize conversions.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a High Ticket Closer, Sales Closer, or similar sales role.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and/or Spanish.

• Experience closing services or programs with high perceived value.

• Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM Colombia time.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling coaching, consulting, or digital services.

• Familiarity with Amazon, publishing, or online business models.

• Strong understanding of sales frameworks and closing techniques.

• Experience working with qualified leads and booked appointments.

• Confident, persuasive, and professional in sales conversations.

• Resilient and comfortable working toward performance goals.

• Organized, disciplined, and reliable.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software for lead and pipeline management.

• Video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom or similar).

• Messaging and email tools for follow-ups.

 

English Level:

C1, B2, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

M-F 9-6 (7)pm Columbia time

 

Salary and Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
