Job Description:
Our Client, a forward-thinking and rapidly expanding law firm, is seeking a Systems Integration & Automation Specialist to enhance its internal processes through seamless technology integration. This role plays a key part in ensuring that various platforms, CRM systems, software, websites, and automation tools are efficiently connected to optimize operations and drive scalability.
As a Systems Integration & Automation Specialist, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and maintain integrations, leveraging AI and automation to enhance workflow and data management.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time - Monday to Friday - (40 hours per week)
- Flexible work hours aligned with US business hours
Responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and implement system integrations between platforms, CRM software, websites, and third-party applications.
- Optimize and automate internal workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s website using no-code development platforms.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline business processes, including automation and chatbot solutions.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and maintain system integrations to ensure smooth operations.
- Research and implement best practices for system automation and optimization.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in systems integration, process automation, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with no-code development platforms for website and workflow automation.
- Experience with automation tools and AI-driven solutions (e.g., chatbots, AI-enhanced CRM, form automation).
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and cloud-based software integration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to improve business processes through technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with leadership.
Language Requirement:
- Minimum B1 level English proficiency for effective communication.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Filevine CRM or other legal industry CRMs is highly valued.
- Background or experience in the legal industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages related to automation and integration (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
