Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a Systems & Automation Specialist to design and implement digital tools that enhance workflow efficiency within their home-based medical practice.
Responsibilities:
• Audit existing systems and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Set up and configure professional email domains and user accounts.
• Build and document SOPs for administrative and clinical workflows.
• Implement automation between communication tools, EMRs, and scheduling platforms.
• Use integration tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n) to connect systems and reduce manual tasks.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security standards.
• Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in systems automation, IT support, or workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of digital integrations and process mapping.
• Experience using tools such as Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace setup and administration.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology or HIPAA compliance is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Background in IT, systems engineering, or healthcare technology.
• Experience automating communication or scheduling processes.
• Ability to document and communicate technical procedures clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and advising non-technical stakeholders.
