Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in construction to oversee various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating between team members, and ensuring that all construction phases are executed effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables using tools like Monday.com.

• Collaborate with designers, estimators, and other project managers.

• Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates.

• Train and support team members throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

• Background in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.
