What You’ll Do:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong English skills to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a passion for helping customers.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about services.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Coordinate with landscape teams to ensure customer needs are met.

• Maintain customer records and follow up on client requests.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience in a customer service role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of landscaping or outdoor design.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Personality:

• Customer-oriented and empathetic.

• Problem-solving mindset.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

 

English Level:

Native, C2, C1

 

Schedule:

9am to 5pm EST
