Job Description:

We're hiring a customer-service-oriented Virtual Assistant to join a fast-growing beauty and wellness business as their primary point of contact for client communications. This is a client-facing, high-volume role — you'll be the friendly voice and presence behind phone calls, Instagram DMs, and text messages, making sure every lead and every client gets a great experience.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Answer inbound phone calls and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service

• Respond to and manage Instagram DMs (high volume)

• Respond to client text messages

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Follow up on old or lost leads to bring clients back in

• Book multi-session packages and manage the full appointment calendar for those clients

• Answer general questions and provide information to prospective and existing clients

• Keep the appointment schedule consistently full

• Suggest ideas to improve client communication and lead re-engagement

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong, confident phone communication skills

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role

• Comfortable managing a high volume of messages alongside phone calls

• Organized, reliable, and proactive

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with or interest in the beauty/aesthetics industry

 

Personality:

• Customer-service-oriented
