We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking leads and following up with prospects to enhance our outreach efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients

• Book meetings with leads

• Follow up on leads and maintain communication

• Document interactions and update the CRM system

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to engage and persuade potential clients

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM software

• Basic understanding of sales processes

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Resilient and able to handle rejection

• Strong interpersonal skills

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

4 hours per day any time between 9-5 EST on Tuesday - Saturday
