Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This includes working with clients to understand their needs. You will also manage budgets, schedule trades and providers, and handle procurement of materials and furnishings. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage project budgets and ensure projects stay within financial limits.

• Schedule and coordinate with various trades and service providers.

• Procure materials, furniture, and fixtures for design projects.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the design process.

• Develop design concepts and present them to clients.

• Create detailed design plans and specifications.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in interior design.

• Proven experience managing project budgets.

• Experience scheduling and coordinating with trades and vendors.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• C1 English level.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp.

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Client-focused and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency in 3D rendering software as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with project management software is a plus.

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
