Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating content creation, and collaborating with editors to ensure high-quality deliverables.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients through regular communication to understand their needs and provide updates.

• Send daily messages and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with clients to develop and approve marketing content.

• Communicate effectively with editors to ensure timely delivery of content.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.

• Basic knowledge of content creation and editing processes.

• Experience working with a variety of communication tools.
