Job Title: Cold Caller

Our client is a rapidly growing B2B company that provides cutting-edge solutions to help businesses scale efficiently and achieve their growth goals. We are looking for a results-driven Cold Caller to join our client’s outbound sales team. In this high-volume role, you will engage with B2B prospects via phone, email, and SMS, with the primary goal of qualifying leads and handing them off to senior sales representatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about cold outreach.


Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 120 outbound calls per day to prospective B2B clients.
• Send tailored follow-up emails and SMS to support outreach efforts.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision readiness.
• Maintain accurate records and notes in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales and campaign teams to optimize conversion rates.
• Set up follow-up calls and meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain a consistent daily rhythm of outbound prospecting and follow-up.


Required Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling.
• Experience in telecommunications or sales is highly preferred.
• Ability to make 100–150 dials daily.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.


Preferred Skills

• Background in B2B environments or outbound call roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email/SMS automation tools.
• Ability to quickly understand prospect pain points and present value propositions.


Personality

• Motivated, coachable, and quick to adapt.
• Detail-oriented and consistent in managing outreach volume.
• Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset.


Software & Tools

• CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Email and SMS outreach tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Apollo.io)
