Job Title: Sales Consultant

 

Position Description:

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Consultant to join a growing team in the precious metals industry. This role is ideal for a proactive professional ready to take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to closing memberships. As the first hire in this position, you will have a significant opportunity to shape the role and contribute to the future growth of the sales team.

Our client is a membership-based business offering wholesale access to gold and silver. Their mission is to provide a cost-effective way for individuals to invest in precious metals as a hedge against inflation or for legacy value. With competitive pricing and an innovative business model, they serve a growing clientele of professionals and business owners across the United States.

 

Availability:

  • Full-time: Monday to Saturday

  • 10 AM to 4 PM Mountain Time (36 hours per week)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to leads generated through various marketing funnels and cold calling

  • Close sales by presenting the value of membership-based access to precious metals

  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain membership benefits

  • Follow up with potential clients to address questions and overcome objections

  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns to drive lead generation

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using provided CRM tools

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, including cold calling

  • Proven ability to handle 50+ calls per day (ideal, but not mandatory)

  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales with full-cycle sales responsibilities

  • Comfortable working independently with a high level of self-ownership

 

Language Requirements:

  • C2 Level of English Proficiency

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Marketing experience, including campaign creation and management

  • Leadership or team-building experience, with the potential to train future hires

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive and innovative mindset

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com) and dialers (e.g., AirCall) preferred

 

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference

  • Potential for commission-based incentives, dependent on performance
