Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their team full-time. The successful candidate will support attorneys in case preparation, research, and document management.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and management.

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents.

• Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

• Coordinate communication between clients, witnesses, and attorneys.

• Assist with trial preparation and court filings.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or Paralegal certification.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal setting.

• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

• Excellent research and organizational skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research databases.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
