About the Company:

Our Client is a growing company that focuses on digital presence, online communication, and brand positioning across multiple social media platforms. The team works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, engagement, and reporting across channels.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Part-Time Social Media Assistant to support our Client’s ongoing social media and digital communication activities. This role is flexible, remote-friendly, and focused on content posting, scheduling, community management, reporting, and administrative support related to marketing and online operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Program and manage social media content calendars.

• Upload and update information on Google platforms as required.

• Respond to social media messages, comments, and reviews.

• Manage email campaigns using Mailchimp.

• Send tests and follow-up communications.

• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports.

• Track activities and follow-ups related to social media and digital tasks.

• Accompany and support internal meetings when required.

• Assist with Shopify-related tasks, including generating reports and downloading databases.

• Ensure tasks and workflows are tracked and updated in Trello.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Advanced English level (C1–C2), both written and spoken.

• Previous experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role.

• Experience posting and managing content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Familiarity with Trello for task and workflow management.

• Experience using Canva for content creation.

• Experience with Mailchimp for email campaigns.

• Ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule (approximately 12 hours per week).

• Availability to work on Fridays during the same established schedule.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience uploading and managing information on Google platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Shopify, including report generation and data downloads.

• Experience preparing simple reports and summaries.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

 

Personality:

• Organized and reliable.

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Strong communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and structured.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

 

Software & Tools:

• Trello.

• Canva.

• Mailchimp.

• Shopify.

• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).

• Google tools.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native.

 

Schedule:

10-12 Hours.

 

Salary and Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
