Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic appointment setters who possess excellent English communication skills and can engage potential clients effectively over the phone. Candidates should be able to follow a simple script and confidently ask qualifying questions to set up appointments for the sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to warm leads expecting phone calls.

Introduce yourself and the company to potential clients.

Ask qualifying questions to determine the client's needs.

Update call results in the system, transferring interested leads to a sales representative or marking them accordingly.

Achieve a minimum target of calls made per day, utilizing predictive or click-to-call dialing.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills, with no strong accent.

Previous experience in cold calling or call centers is a plus but not required.

Ability to follow scripts and engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.

 

Preferred Skills:

A bubbly and cheerful demeanor to create a positive first impression.

Experience with CRM systems or call tracking tools is beneficial.

 

Personality:

Must be outgoing and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.

A strong desire to learn and improve in a sales-driven environment.

 

Software & Tools:

Experience with predictive dialing systems is a plus.

Familiarity with time tracking apps like Jibble is preferred.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

9-5 CST

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

Commission structure based on the number of appointments set.
