Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate will assist with systems management, including configuring automations and working with Google G Suite and HubSpot.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure automations to streamline operations.
• Utilize pivot tables in Google G Suite for data analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email and SMS communication.
• Maintain and clean CRM data for effective marketing operations.
• Support daily operations by executing a variety of tasks as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Google G Suite, particularly in pivot tables.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions clearly and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a virtual assistant or systems management role.
• Understanding of marketing principles and processes.
• Familiarity with creating automations and executing digital marketing campaigns.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and motivated, with a willingness to tackle challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
