Job Description:

We are seeking a tenacious and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our client’s expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at outreach, objection handling, and converting conversations into booked appointments. You'll play a pivotal part in fueling the sales pipeline, with clear paths for increased earnings based on performance. The main function of this role is to sell websites to clients. Selling this service is the companies entry into offering more in depth marketing services.

Between 9-6 CST - PT & FT

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the closing sales team.

Follow up consistently with leads to ensure conversion.

Track interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed appointment-setting quotas.

Provide feedback to improve outreach strategy.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.

Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication.

Proven ability to handle rejection and push through objections.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and consistent in follow-through.

Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2C or high-volume outbound environments.

Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools.

Knowledge of cold calling or direct response copywriting a plus.

 

Personality:

Extremely driven and resilient under pressure.

Independent and disciplined.

Quick learner and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

Competitive mindset and goal-oriented.

 

Software & Tools:

CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Dialers and call tracking software

Slack and G-Suite

Zoom or Google Meet for virtual meetings

 

Compensation & Benefits:

The role offers a base salary of $866 USD per month, complemented by an average monthly commission of approximately $850 USD, bringing the typical total monthly earnings to around $1,700 USD. Starting compensation typically ranges from $1,600 to $2,000+ USD per month, depending on individual performance.

For high performers, there is significant earning potential: we offer aggressive pay increases, and top achievers can expect to earn between $3,000 and $4,000 USD per month in total compensation within their first year.
