Job Description:

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant with strong sales instincts to help generate leads, support recruitment efforts, and manage administrative tasks. This hybrid role emphasizes follow-up, communication, and CRM management to help drive $10K/month growth goals through customer and IBO (Independent Business Owner) acquisition and retention. This is a remote opportunity. Administrative tasks are paid hourly, Sales tasks are commission-based.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct consistent lead generation and add prospects to CRM weekly.

Identify and prioritize high-potential leads based on engagement and qualifications.

Execute daily follow-ups via Pulse and WhatsApp using provided templates (personalized by tags and notes).

Schedule recruitment calls with IBO prospects, providing prep materials and onboarding documents.

Track customer point activity and ensure onboarding completion.

Maintain and segment CRM based on lead temperature and follow-up needs.

Deliver a Monday performance recap including key sales metrics.

Coordinate calendars and maintain onboarding logs.

Deliver weekly reports and updates on KPIs.

Log weekly rental car activity in Google Sheets.

Perform accurate and timely data entry and file management.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Prior experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, MLM, or sales support.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in lead follow-up, text/email outreach, and CRM systems.

Comfortable with sales-based messaging and appointment scheduling.

Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and strong responsiveness during working hours.

 

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Cloze CRM and Google Suite (Sheets, Calendar, Contacts).

Previous use of WhatsApp and Pulse for business communications.

Ability to use ChatGPT for drafting outreach or follow-up scripts.

Capable of presenting video-based opportunity overviews (with training).

Located in Latin America (Brazil, Central/South America preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-based for sales-related tasks. hourly salary for admin support tasks, paid biweekly.

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
