You will be trained using past statements and ledgers to get up to speed. You will assume ownership of closing the books monthly.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Handle multiple holdings' books.

• Close books every month.

• Manage inventory.

• Forecast sales.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience handling multiple holdings' books.

• Experience closing books monthly.

• Experience with inventory management.

• Experience with sales forecasting.

• Accounting experience in the ecommerce space.

• C2 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• None specified.

 

Personality:

Software & Tools:

• Quickbooks Online.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM MT

10 hours per week.
