Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a full-time Sales Agent responsible for cold calling and scheduling appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

• Schedule appointments between potential clients and sales representatives.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve results.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level; native speakers preferred.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, EST.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the home improvement industry.

• Familiarity with energy-efficient solutions or impact windows and doors.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Personality:

• Results-driven and self-motivated.

• Friendly and personable with a positive attitude.

• Adaptable and open to feedback and learning.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 5 PM EST
