Job Description:

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Specialist with experience in automation tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while implementing and maintaining automated workflows using tools like Zapier and Make.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.

• Develop, implement, and oversee automated workflows using tools such as Zapier and Make.

• Collaborate with different departments to identify and automate repetitive tasks.

• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure seamless operations.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative and automation processes.

• Provide training and support to team members on using automation tools effectively.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative role.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other automation tools and software.

• Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.

• Basic understanding of data management and analysis.
