Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter with a focus on staffing sales roles to join Our Client’s team. This role involves end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting within sales or commercial functions, is results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates for various sales roles through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a preference for experience in sales staffing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.

• Experience using an ATS or recruitment software for candidate tracking.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and recruitment targets.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for B2B or SaaS sales roles.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of sales processes and roles (e.g., SDR, Account Executive, Sales Manager).

 

Personality:

• Proactive, adaptable, and highly organized.

• Results-driven with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.

• Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Resilient and persistent when working with challenging searches.

 

Software & Tools:

• Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable)

• LinkedIn Recruiter

• Job boards (e.g., Indeed, Glassdoor)

• Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:
